Set up pricing tiers that match how your organization actually works. Apply adjustable rates to spaces, equipment, staff, and consumables, so quotes can reflect actual pricing. However you charge — tiers, overtime, count, or duration — Prospero keeps pricing consistent and easy to manage.
Within each pricing tier, you can set rates to apply flatly per item, per hour, or per a custom unit, such as per week. You can also add a specific tax rate and overtime rates to each price, minimizing edits on the final invoice.
Offers and Invoices that Build Themselves
Turn booking requests into polished offers in seconds. Prospero automatically compiles pricing, resources, and event details into professional proposals you can share with clients, helping you move from inquiry to confirmation faster while reducing manual admin work. Once a rental is approved, offer generation happens automatically based on the booking details and pricing setup.
