Change is in the air 🍁 As sweater weather and a new season sets in, the Prospero team has been working hard to bring you fresh batch of toasty updates to keep your scheduling running smoothly. From quicker navigation to event archiving and more flexible sharing, these improvements are designed to help you stay organized through your busiest months.
What's New
Event Archival
Don't let old events pile up 🍂 Archive them! Keep Prospero fast and efficient — even with thousands of events on your calendar. Event Archiving automatically moves older events out of the initial load, speeding up performance without losing your history. Archived events can’t be edited or seen on shared viewed links, but you can load and duplicate archived events at anytime by scrolling to an archived time period in the calendar or going to the three-dots ⋯ menu in the upper right and selecting Load Archive.
Prospero archives past events each night, but you can control how far back events are auto-archived via Settings → Overview → Archival.
Date Picker Modal
You can now click the date in any calendar layout to open a sleek date picker modal, making it easy to jump to any point in your schedule.
Quickly select a month, week, or day to instantly navigate across your calendar, whether you're planning far into the future or revisiting past seasons.
Export Day and Week Layout to PDF
Need a quick printable schedule? You can now customize and export Day and Week calendar layouts to PDF — in addition to Month and List. generate clean, professional PDFs, and share or print schedules with ease.
View Visibility Settings
Share exactly what you want — and nothing you don’t. With new granular visibility settings, you can customize what viewers see on each schedule. Protect privacy by hiding people, make files visible for collaborators, or remove admin-only tags. Adjust visibility when creating a view, or update an existing one from the sidebar (Update View → Visibility).
Other Improvements:
Comment icon removed from views. The event comment icon is no longer visible in shared view links.
Notification email messages. Event notification emails can include messages from the admin
Duplicating events in place creates draft events. Use existing events as a schedule template by duplicating events in place, create duplicate draft events.
Select region for offers and invoices. Choose between United States, United Kingdom, and the Netherlands to set the language and financial vocabulary on generated offers and invoices.
